Learn taiji at your pace and ability
Lessons are conducted individually and you learn the forms and most importantly the fundaments of Taiji so that the exercises benefit you mentally and physically.
Taiji (Quan) is suitable for all age groups and in particular Taiji for Health
is a lifelong skill to promote a happy lifestyle.
The nature of practising taiji requires the practitioner to be relaxed and calm. Co-ordination of body limbs required of the taiji forms is a skill to acquire through regular practices and which brings on serenity and equilibrium to the practitioner to promote an agile mind and physically fit body.

Day/Time: Lesson on Sunday morning from 8.30am to 10.00am
